You have to welcome the stress because it means you’re doing something right. Life is about making tough decisions, so you cannot break down over the stress. At least you’ll be better prepared to make decisions in the future. If you screw up, then at least you’ll be able to say you tried. Every single decision you make is important - but that doesn’t mean a mistake is the end of the world. It means beginning to shape your own future. Part of growing up means taking more responsibility for your actions. And you shouldn’t lose out on both opportunities by procrastinating and procrastinating without choosing anything at all. You shouldn’t toss a coin into the air and leave it up for fate to decide. When you have to make a tough decision, you don’t want to overthink things - but you don’t want to underthink them either. Your options aren’t always going to be black and white. Sometimes, it’s difficult to decide which direction you should aim yourself, even when you’re working your hardest to make a logical, informed decision. Sometimes, getting advice from your friends and family members is only going to leave you more confused. Sometimes, a pros and cons list isn’t going to help you. You’re not always going to know which choice is the right one. It’s about trying to figure out which path would lead you toward the type of future you’ve been imagining for yourself.
